With the adoption of the normative document "Earthquake-Resistant Construction Design Norms" adopted by the Urban Planning Committee of the Republic of Armenia on 20.04.2022 (HRSN 20.04-), the provision for the use of suspended, ventilated facade systems was announced.

These systems are a modern method of cladding private and multi-apartment, public and industrial buildings, which allows for cladding new buildings and even changing the appearance of old buildings in a short period of time.

Important features

• Thermal and sound insulation of the building, seismic safety of the cladding,
• Fire safety,
• Protection of external wall material from external factors.
